The commission will be considering a potentially incomplete and inaccurate Assessment of Environmental Effects for the MAC's proposed capital improvement plan. MAC plans to expand capacity at MSP, without giving reference or consideration to studies regarding health, school performance, etc near large airports. Nor does the AOEE recognize the fundamental flaws in the DNL standard used to determine noise contours that represent environmental impacts.
