This web-site is a public service, a publication, a Forum, and a virtual office. It is operated by an organized association of mostly volunteers.

If you visit the site without registering you are reading a virtual magazine. If you DONATE, thank you.

If you register, you can sometimes "write a message to the editor/publisher."  If the message is inappropriate or off-topic, it will be ignored.

If you join the association, we assume you share our goals and interests and we appreciate your input. In that case, you are communicating with friends and allies. BE RESPECTFUL.

This website today distributes the News (a blog) and hosts the SMAAC Forums. The Forums have there own Rules. Similar to a physical public meting
